Juan Llerena, Founder and President of JLLB Media Creative Strategy & Business Growth, has officially launched Vamos Impact, a newly formed 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing Latino entrepreneurship, education, and economic opportunity across Minnesota and the Midwest.
Llerena will serve as Executive Director of Vamos Impact, leading the organization’s efforts to expand access to training, mentorship, and economic development resources for Latino entrepreneurs, students, and community members.
Vamos Impact is founded in 2025 to help close the economic gaps, educational gap, and wealth gap for Latinos through Entrepreneurship, Scholarships, Economic Development, and Fair Trade.
Maintaining Clear Organizational Separation
While Llerena is stepping into a new leadership role within the nonprofit sector, his commitment to JLLB Media as Founder & President remains fully intact. JLLB Media and Vamos Impact operate as completely separate legal and financial entities, with distinct missions, budgets, and operational structures.
JLLB Media is not financially benefiting from Vamos Impact, nor does Vamos Impact provide revenue to JLLB Media.
Any collaboration between the two organizations will follow nonprofit compliance standards and be approved by Vamos Impact’s board of directors.
Llerena’s leadership in both entities strengthens, rather than overlaps, their respective missions.
